The Process

Congratulations and thank you for choosing us to help on your project we are excited to take on this job. Here is a glance at what to expect when you hire us for your online presence project.

 

   After you have summited your first 50% down payment, we will contact you to arrange a meeting in person or a phone call where we will be asking you for essential details about your business to start working on your platforms. Please have this list ready at the meeting.

 

First meeting:

Domain and/Subdomain: (Example: www. This is your domain name .com)

Social Media Credentials: (we do not need your passwords, but it is very important that you have them handy in case we need to be added as your admin)

Contact Info: Physical Address, Telephone number, and the Business hours of operation. By default, we will provide 2 emails from your website which are INFO@YOUR WEBSIITE .COM AND SALES@ YOUR WEBSITE .COM If you need any additional contact information, please let us know as well.

Logo: If you already have a logo, we will need the master design in AI format (Adobe Illustrator Format) preferable.

 

Second meeting:

Usually, happens after one week into the progress of the project and is done by phone or in person. Is meant to acquire more information and or media/data for products and or services. It is also meant to photoshoot or video shoot, depending on the services agreed upon. It is worth to mention that this stage is crucial to do and not to delay so we can deliver on time as agreed.

 

Third meeting:

By phone or in person, this is meant for project delivery. At this time, we will give you a tour of your project completion, give you all the credential access. After this meeting, you will have 3 days to review at your own pace and if anything needs attention for correction or a modification, please make one list and we will gladly do our best to accommodate your request.
